AUDITIONS - Romeo and Juliet

The Play has now t been cast but we are still looking for  passionate actors who would like to be a part of the world of ROMEO AND JULIET as part of the chorus. Ideally good movers, who would populate the world of the Montagues and Capulets and are willing to create vibrant characters that will be used throughout the play.

Speaking roles and Non Speaking roles are all up for grabs: 

1. Paris - Speaking role. Attractive, affluent man who is sickly obsessed with Juliet. Will dance with Juliet at the ball scene. 

2. Gregory - Speaking role. Soldier, member of the capulets. Will also be a member of the ensemble

3. Modern Romeo - Speaking role. Will get to attempt parts of the character of Romeo, but also frames our piece within a modern context.

4. Ghost of Juliet - Speaking role. Strong actress needed, Will attempt some parts of Juliet, acts as the link between the past and the present. A striking and interesting visual look would be ideal.

5. Ensemble - Chorus speaking role. Will be the citizens that populate the world of R+J, soldiers of both houses and guests at the ball. Ideally good dancers for the ball scene. Looking for 5 members in total.
